I originally made Frank-U for myself because I just couldn't handle trying to remember a thousand commands or having a manual constantly open to use a good script. Frank-U has about 24 commands to remember and 13 of those don't have to be remembered because there is an option of a floating palette to access those commands. And the best part is that it's full of GUI that's easy to understand. A powerful and easy alternative for experienced users or for beginners.

21 switches (to turn things on and off), a channel layout editor (lets you edit text and color of text that's shown in channels), a powerful alias manager (to create you're own commands), away setter (to edit how you want your away shown), custom ctcp (to edit ircle's ctcp replies such as ping or version or to add your own), a powerful botmode (replies to words or sentence you want it to in a notice, private message or in a channel that is channel and connection aware. also has aliases in it you can use) , friends list (to give ops or voice, protects them, keeps you aware when they join or part a channel), shit list (works the same as the friendlist only in reverse), dalnet auto nick pass (automatically identifies your nick to dalnet's nickserv. holds as many nicks as you have!), nick completion (completes someone's nickname for you after typing only a couple characters of the nick and follow it with a ";"), !seen reply (automatically responds to someone who wants to know if you have seen someone. they just type !seen ), notepad (is a query window that will save anything you write into it along with the time and date that you wrote it into a simple text document), channel scan (will scan people when they join a channel you're on and check if they are on a channel that you don't find desirable) , bell filter(filters out that weird character that makes beeping noise that ircle users like to type) , buttons in userlist for commands (instead of typing the command to bring up an edit box just hit the button), auto unbanning (removes a ban that you place after an amount of time you decide), one channel auto greet/voice (automatically greets and/or voices people who join a channel that you pick), extended whois (adds some info to the normal /whois command), friend protect and retaliation (protects people in your friendslist from bans, kicks and deops and ban kicks the person who did it), self protect and retaliation (works the same as friend protect but protects you), flood protect (protects you from all floods), auto sound get send (automatically requests a sound from a person who plays it in the channel and automatically send a sound when requested from another user), nick nabber (if your nick is being used and there is not a nickserv on your network then it will tell you when that nick becomes available and change you nick to it), bartender (used for fun for others to order drinks and snacks of any kind in a channel), a prompt to play a sound in a channel with /fus, a tracer (tracks a person through IRC) and an auto ping response (automatically tells a user the lag time between you and him). all in just 17 commands (with 7 of them that can be placed as buttons in the user list) and provides the capability to write your own custom plugins and open source or your convenience.
